Agree, but MYDX should be proactive about this. "50% off of a MYDX-2 unit if you buy a MYDX between 1/1/17 and -2 ship date." That would
- cover the cost of the unit
- still have some profit
- give incentives to buy now
- increase residuals (consumer would have 2 units at that point)
- remove the threat of obsolescence
