Eontec, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") on March 8, 2017 received from China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "China Securities Regulatory Commission") issued by the "China Securities Regulatory Commission Administrative Licensing Project Review Feedback notice"(163911). China Securities Regulatory Commission in accordance with the law submitted by the company, "Eontec, Ltd. Non-Public Offering of shares to Global Enterprise Market (GEM) application documents" were reviewed. The company needs to make a written statement and explanation to the related questions. The company shall submit a written reply within 30 days to the China Securities Regulatory Commission administrative licensing department .
The Company and related agencies will follow the requirements of the above notice, organize relevant materials within the prescribed time limit and submit to the Administrative Licensing Examination Department of China Securities Regulatory Commission.
The company's Non-Public Offering of shares still need to be approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission. Whether the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission is still uncertain. The Board of Directors of the Company will carry out the obligation of information disclosure in accordance with the progress of the examination and approval of the CSRC and invite the investors to pay attention to the investment risk.
