So MB controls when they are released... That's BS.. Does anyone realize MB only employees 10 people.. So they are not as big and bad as everyone chirps about. They are most likely the cheapest!

I think people just need to chill out having hissy fits that you invested money and the ceo owes you cause you did that is nuts. now with that said if he was current he would have that issue. There blame on both sides. But the longer he waits the sooner he will be talking with lawyers since he put himself in that hole with his claims.he can't split with out being current and he is not diluting.... chill out
