If I remember correctly he gets like 5% (cash) for anyone that he introduces to and ends up doing a deal with the company, plus the company is free to award a bonus. Expenses plus 200k shares as director. Just glanced, I could be confusing it with other agrements.

You Reap what you Sow and I'd bet he planted the Entire Back 40 this week and those seeds will begin to sprout this spring, summer it'll grow, not sure when the harvest will be but no doubt he'll be fertilizing the crop all along.
