I agree with your post! If used for the right purpose, dilution can be very beneficial to the company and its business plan! My big issue right now is why no PR as promised 2 weeks ago? No tweets and no PR is not gaining shareholder confidence IMO! NECA needs to bring what they promised! Right now anything is better than nothing.
