Stock dilution can be good if used for the right reasons. Rookie traders, that know nothing about the financial industry, see the word dilution and immediately start crying foul.

When Jeff diluted during the 90 day standstill it was to pay off a remaining debt and without that payoff the $250k would have never happened.

It is irresponsible to speculate on the dilution until you find out the reason behind it.
