CARSON CITY, Nev., Feb. 15, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- IDGlobal Corp. (OTC:IDGC) is pleased to announce the signing of a blanket Asset Purchase Agreement with Raouf Dahdouh, trade name RPC in Dolton, IL. The agreement acquires all assets and existing operations at the 40,000 square-foot facility.
