Rather than trying to decipher comments made about the unfolding patent situation, it may be worth reading the May 20th, 2016 Inter Partes Review decision for context. It provides an overview of the claims made by Optimized Data transmission patent (7,974,339B2), and the basis of the challenges to those claims advanced by Google.
