Scam tickers especially OTC tickers are brought down much easier than this.. SPCL has held its own over the past 2 months.
That's how a savvy investor knows they're in the right place.
Claims of there being no interest, yet people are still buying to bring the price back up.
Little 10k sells are being used to bring it down.
I call that MANIPULATION
