Well that's one side of the story. GEOMC owes their attorneys $500,000. They only have a potential claim of $10,000 for every machine sold. They have no claim for the inventory. There is nothing in the contract that gives them a claim. The question is when does CTTC have to pay them $10,000 for each machine sold. So worst case they win $200,000 or $300,000.Depending on sales this year.CTTC claims they owe nothing until they are profitable in arrears. Not too worried about even the worst case scenario. The CTTC inventory is a hidden asset. With any luck they sell out the entire inventory before the case is over. After all it is the best solution by far for neuropathic chronic pain on the market today. They carry it on their books at cost $4,000,000 while the retail value is over $40,000,000.
