thank you. Based on this information it would appear this judge is tired of delays and has established a firm schedule for having the case move on.

Where will Calmare (CTTC) get them oney to pay their attorneys? Will Mir sell off more stock at 5 cents per share to finance this one? Think about the legal bills and then try to estimate how many shares they would need to sell to reach that goal, even at 10 cents (a cost that no large-scale investor would accept to take on this debt).
