SMMW share holders and potential buyers I heard Mark Astrom and family owns this stock or associated with it. If it's true please do me a favor and walk away from this stock. Nothing they say and promises ever comes through. If you dont believe me go to the VMDG board and check for yourself.

I was a share holder of VWKM and they sent out numerious PR's stating "No Reverse Split" and approximately 15 days after the last no reverse split news they did a BIG reverse split and never informed the investors. They also paid a 15% divvy and then did the R/S about 2 weeks later without notifying us of anything and after doing so they put out a pr saying Mark Astrom Resigned and there was a new guy name Jogditch and he will put out a pr in a few days, well that was 2 months ago and STILL no PR.

They tell blatant lies to inflate the price of the stock or to hold investors in so they can dilute the stock price then they move onto the next stock.

This was the first for me to ever experience such deceit and lies and make it worst they paid us the 15% divvys with restricted shares which is worthless and perhaps will never be worth anything.

Please stay away from SMMW if Mark Astrom or his dad or any other family member or business circle is associated with it, they are in the business of stealing your hard earned money. They stole alot of money from me with VMDG. Yes I am pissed and u would after they steal yours.

Stay away from SMMW! iN THE END WILL BE A big R/S!
