I haven't seen claims the patent was rejected, and what patent is Otiko referring to in this exchange?

I wanted to find out if the dump was happening related to the patent since few posters were mentioned this weekend and stock dropped in past few days out of nowhere. I wanted to make sure that nothing strange going on. He made it clear. Hopefully this helps. I hate to see when someone makes that kind of comment, false he has no time to respond and he did..
