Once again you've ignored the fact that the current subject is the sale of unregistered shares.

That's really too bad. Your political tolerance level is actually quite close to mine, and I would expect at least some focus from you on the manner in which the SEC is attempting to use the Treasury Department to sweep their dirt under the rug. They do the same thing with the Judiciary and the Legislature.

In regards to Canaccord, I highlighted transactions concerning them in December 2011. Canaccord filed charges in October 2013.
