I have spent a fair amount of time reading into Bryostatin and Neurotrope but by no means have made an exhaustive study.

The activation of Protein Kinase C (PKC) seems an interesting approach. The idea is that PKCe deficits may be a cause of protein misfolding, etc.

I was intrigued enough to continue to monitor but not to invest.

In regards to AVXL, it would seem to me to be at most a companion therapy and not a direct competitor to A2-73. As an aside, Sigma Receptor 1 Agonists also increase PKC.
