VC2/Vert Capital, Kip Madden, Michael Pope, Adam Levin all own pixel mags now the old owners are now running another company.

Pixelmags changed hands on 12 May 2015

Kip Madden is the new CEO.

Pixelmags is being run from Vert offices, with minimal staff.

They want to take their 3 online magazine companies merge into one and become Billionaires! IMO

QUESTION What are the other magazines?
My son is currently doing some intensive research for me. He is currently working in NY for a Co. with with multiple online Magazines. If I fin out any thin interesting I'll let you all know. Just keep digging and keep the faith
