moxa1, i agree. I just am new to reading these filings so I wasn't 100% sure. I could have sworn they said common shares vs restricted but I will read it again. Either way, the amount of shares is not great, like you said. All in all, I am not worried. Just wanted to put it out there since the articles that are being posted always state the deals don't include shares but I saw this and wanted to be transparent to the board.
