The more assurance you need, the higher a price you're going to pay. Everyone has a different level of risk tolerance. Nothing wrong with that. We need buyers at all levels. Then there are the chasers..,

Remember OWCP? Some were buying for cents while others were happy to pay dollars... and there were no numbers there to support anything. Just goes to prove that many will jump on a stock when everyone else does. They figure that many people can't be wrong. Many are too lazy to do DD and will chase because they trust stocks when more people begin to buy. Fine with me!
