To be honest, I gave this patch to a co-worker who is pregnant and going through some pain she's had. She had issues with her foot, shoulder, and hip, and decided to try it on her foot first. She had quite a pit of pain and had been in to see the doctor/PT quite a few times. After 36 hours, she has declared no pain in her foot, even testing it by walking on her hardwood floors (which she said would be the true test). She now has it on her shoulder and is hoping to see the same results. I'll update when I hear more from her!

I was a little skeptical at first as I have tried everything available to relieve the pain in my lower back.
