Mide, in re-reading your post, I'm wondering if Bleckman gave you any clue when "finalization" of the FSS India contract would be complete, and if it's possible the roll-out has already begun but because financial terms have not been settled, thus perhaps GTE does not need to report it as a material event until the financial terms are worked out?
