I would disagree ...a BP has never sat across the pond viewing a biotech company with so much potential, an IP that Trumps all current IP.. and much more....including sitting across the pond with NO allies on the BODs at Peregrine (evidenced by all the BOD attacks on here over the years)...

Eventually.... the deal of the century lands on the laps of Peregrine and we all sit and wait...

I agree with those that say another 5%+ shareholder becomes exposed this month...maybe this week
