Bio, regardless of the r/s occurring or not, a BP (if interested enough) will invest a certain dollar amount to make the deal happen.

They will give the same amount up. If they want the IP enough, they don't care if it is 100 x 20 or 10 x 200, it is the same to them.

I don't believe that whether we r/s or not has any bearing on a potential deal.

We are not in the Cat Bird position (IMO), we need a deal to prosper (and Yes, I am still here because I believe that is possible).
