Lawsuits will never go to trial because A forensic accountant hired by SFOR will be allowed to look at the books of all infringers. Those companies will not allow that.

You can bet all three attorneys for the infringers have had their forensic accountants look at the books to determine how much money was made using the SFOR patents.

Once the accountants give them the report, they will use those figures to make a settlement.

This is all coming to a head real soon!!!
