It wasn't in the press release. Regardless, I was wrong. It was insider selling of ~ 1million shares. But dilution is certainly a possibility in the not so distant future. Perhaps a little overreaction in the market today. I've been buying small chunks at the lows. Good luck to everyone. Hopefully, battery news comes before the end of March. Long and holding
