AQNM I spoke with the CEO.

There will be a follow up PR to the 8K.

The float is only 5-6M

He wants the PPS up so he can have leverage for non toxic funding.

He's working with his auditor. They are going straight back to SEC fully reporting.

Sounds really good.

This is one to buy and hold. Maybe take your initial investment money out over a dime and let the rest ride.

This may be the smallest MJ float out there under .50
