I absolutely believe the value of patents can go up. A patent can be valued at $1 today and a year from now that same patent can be valued at $2.

Same holds true in reverse, that same patent can be worth $.50 in a year. Just depends on what happened over that time frame.

I absolutely believe that Titan is more valuable now then a year ago. (Cue the pps people).
