From my understanding, as long as the O/S doesn't exceed the A/S for alternate reporting requirements, it's not a mandate. Only an issue if the O/S exceeds the A/S already or if there are notes set to mature which would drag the issued over the authorized by tomorrow which isn't the case unless 438m shares get dumped tomorrow...lol...expecting a 1/10th in buy orders come tomorrow, imo
