That is not "changing the story".....those are just delay excuses.... They have always claimed to have all the proper rights to mine Mina Pascua......that being said....they are also full of doo doo. NOBODY can mine or has clean title to Mina Pascua until C 1912-2001 is resolved and a winner is announced.....too bad for JL and MSX THAT JL WAS KICKED OUT OF THAT CASE BY THE SUPREME COURT OF CHILE in a NON APPEALABLE decision in October 2014.....and contrary to his lies was not "let back in".
