CAT—The commotion is apparently related to a tax dodge from shifting revenue between subsidiaries (which all multinationals do to some degree).

If we get lower US corporate income taxes, there will be less need for multinational companies to engage in these kinds of machinations.

Publicly traded law firms specializing in corporate taxation might be a good short.
