IMHO I do not think that Intel and IBM would commence transactions with a company that would be facing no cash or bankruptcy in 3 months. One has to ask, would IBM and Intel stake the value of their reputation/goodwill if they felt the product or the company was not sound? Should financing be needed, I am confident that investor money will find its way to WAVX.

I would anticipate that once the software is proven in the marketplace, global demand will greatly increase. WAVX products will promote the sale of new computer hardware, hence the interest by Intel and IBM.
