You're missing the whole point of the product being "old". Noho, inc is NOT manufacturing new product, they are not suddenly moving forward in this industry. They aren't even advertising. Product is not being moved, any thought that this is going to make investors a dime is fantasy. No one even knows where the manufacturing plant is or proposed to be.
