oh please out of 300 million amerians and millions of companys you worked for mjic , wow you should get a lottery ticket if your odds are that good , and seriously even if its not mjic , doesn't really matter ceo is a smart man , no debt , no convertibles , favorable share structure , the guy will acquire something
even if he acquires 25% of a 5million rev company for 100 000 million shares do the math that's 1.25 million going to adhc bottom line with a float of 110 to 150 million that's almost a cent , that's without any valuation multiplication
do a conservative 5X and that 3-6 cents , and hes got lots of shares to shop with
people are so short sighted , like I said this ceo is intelligent he owns a ton of shares , he wants the price to go up no doubt about that
