ADHC's acquisition of MJIC is a big assumption on the part of some members on this board.

I was browsing through the messages and reading up on what was going on and took a look at the MJIC website.

Full disclosure here. I personally know a senior member of MJIC in my association with him through other organizations we have worked together on.

IMO, knowing this person I seriously doubt it is MJIC that Ernest Remo and his management team are going after. I could be wrong, but I don't think so.

MJIC's team is a savvy group and are not in need of ADHC's services.
