This is great news, I believe in the original 8-k they mention the valuation of Solaris's technology. Sounds like Leonard caprino sought out true valuation with the new management team.
Looks to me they'll have lots of cash flow selling rights to the license to build our pixel mags launch pad.
All in my opinion of course, now time to search that original 8k for additional info
