Maybe it is taking so long because they decided not to RM and go the IPO route instead. Been quiet an awfully long time. This is a money making company so maybe they want to start the market fresh. Anyone ever think about that? SPCL is delinquent in filings and associated with batteries which has nothing to do with publishing. Then they also don't have to give part of their company away to the pinksheets. Just being the devil's advocate here. SPCL
