Just to throw my uneducated and unsolicited opinion out there, I will be extremely disappointed, but not surprised, if bpth uses their current ATM method to generate funds. As they get closer and closer to needing more funds it is detrimental to the equity raise to wait until the last minute as the stock has drifted so low, as all non-profitable stocks do as they run low on funds. They better have some liscensing deal or big news to drive the price up over $3 before selling more shares. Seriously, no more blatant blunders please!!!
