Yes when they announced it it dropped hard and there has been nothing since. They need to raise the A/S which was expected since Blackridge said they would buy up to 5 million $ worth so far they have not done anything. It really seems they want it low. Hopefully they put out real news soon about what they are up to in the future, they have been around 14 years and are listed with BBB. I averaged down and will wait with O/S under 30 million
