What failure?

The Lafarge pilot plant was a two company operation Mantra and Alstom.

Alstom was brought out not, no matter how hard you try you can not fault Mantra for that.

Mantra was the one left hanging by the boot straps.

Now, GE has Mantra in a noose, and will get to them if and when they get to them. Mantra has no control in that situation.
