No you are wrong. The insiders here have a plan, release the staggering fins, that will make the SP jump 20x, then the next day do a 1/100 RS and uplist the next day, but they forgot to get some shares at the beginning so they are going to hold off everything until triple zeroes so they can load up. Make sense? Of course not. Lol
