So Learning, what do think my chances are of paying for my daughter's PHD? I told her that I would buy 2000 shares at $.40 and sell them when they reached $40.00. If "L" is approved, partnerships announced, "D" put back into testing and the money issues resolved, I think forty is not impossible a year from now when she enrolls.
