$USMJ- CBD can make you fail a drug test, although the levels of THC are so low that it shouldn't.

Even though the THC level is low, using CBD oil or other product could make you fail a drug test for cannbinols. If one fails, make sure they do the follow-up, and one should pass.

I'm 57 yrs old,I have severe arthritis in my neck and right shoulder,I started taking CBD OIL a couple months ago and it was a relieving to my arthritis, I don't smoke Marijuana, I am a CDL DRIVER,NEVER FAILED A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TEST UNTIL I STARTED THE CBD OIL REGIMENT, UNTIL10/7/16,I WAS SHOCKED THAT I FAILED,now I quit the oil,gonna take another test on 10/17/16,should pass because like I said I don't smoke Marijuana, very upset that I failed over CBD OIL,I REALLY WANTED TO WORK FOR THIS NEW COMPANY,BUT THAT IS SHOT IN THE ASS NOW,I WILL UPDATE AFTER NEXT TEST,GUESS I SHOULD A DONE MORE RESEARCH,BUT IT DID SUPPRESS MY ARTHRITIS DISCOMFORT

My husband (age 45) has been using xxxx xxxxx CBD oil for anxiety and muscle/joint pain, less than .2% THC, 1ml/day and took a DOT drug test a week ago and failed. Per the lab, the GC/MS test was performed on the initial sample and failed. We are currently waiting on the second sample results. If they test positive he will have to go to SAP in order to get his CDL's reinstated. He doesn't smoke marijuana. Only been taking the CBD oil since 7/9/16 and swears by it. He's had CDL's for 15+ years and never a bad mark on his record. Now this could affect our livelihood. I don't know what to do and where to turn. Something has to be done as there is no 'high' with this product. It is safe and legal and purchased OTC at xxxxxxx Health Food Store.
