As I understand it, hemp and MJ are two varieties of cannabis. Recreation Mj has high levels of THC. Hemp has high levels of CBD along with low levels of THC.

You could smoke or eat pounds of hemp and not get high. The roughage would have an effect tho. However, hemp does have enough THC to possibly show up on a drug screen.

I am in Texas, and the law bans cannabis. So hemp and MJ are illegal. I believe that is the case in many states. A man was arrested here last week when he visited and brought his medicinal cannabis product.

The product does not become legal because it is a hemp product. This will be a limited state launch.
