Typical OTC dreaming and forgetfulness of the likely dilution that will follow such (literally) unbelievable news.

Sure, and you might make good money on it. Good luck! However, that's going to be of little solace to the numerous bag-holders who actually believe the PRs these non-revenue companies keep putting out.
