Hard to know what to expect for news this week, good or bad, but I would be surprised that they called the shot for bankruptcy that early since they have money to run till end of february.
I think what makes more sense is a contract that has been sign and depending on the size, future could be real shiny. Would mean that money would be sufficient to run for a while, would bring good publicity on their product, the 4 mil equity funding with US Capital Partner could go forward, would put back on the map the possiblity to move to Nasdaq and company would probably engage in buying back shares to reduces the O/S like they already did in the past (2014).
A contract signed here could change everything.
