They are trying to make it hard for the company to raise some needed funds by lowering the price with some additional shorting but my guess is that the company will bring in some additional capital that nothing to do with the price of the stock. (Friends of Nwbo) LOL

When that happens what a great time to jump and pick up a few more shares.
