Pr how about the posit put out by the JUDGE was she saw a value of about 10 bill $$$, so fair to her was to make sure that commons came along for the ride from .01 to 10 bill$ or anywhere in there, commons would be allowed to get something 25% of WHATEVER there was IN CASE THERE was nothing more or a lot less.
Now IF there happens to be more is it logical that all of a sudden if IF IF face is met that this just miraculously changes?


I see the judge thinking there would be 10 bill or less and she wanted commons to participate in any recoveries @ 75/25% to make sure they saw something.
Now plain and simply how or why would she have even thought past the 10 bill posit since that was her take..........


And again what does a common get for every 10 bill that comes back here, and at the avg cost per share for a q that most hold here ,would they really be upset?

IF 13% face is returned to me here, it covers every dime I have invested here from day one....................Now I am BOBVIOUSLY HOPING for more but, even 13% would be a very welcome return of every dime I had invested here....
