"front loading by Renee in early October". Do you mean when OWCP's former law firm dropped the ball while negotiating the price of new shares and allowed the broker-dealer to just dump all the shares, driving the price down from .20 to .003? The former law firm that was delivered a demand letter and will very likely be sued since those 30 Million shares are worth a bit more than they were in Sept.

I don't know how OTC pump and dumps work, in all honesty, but getting "accredited investors", i.e., millionaires involved doesn't seem very smart. Isn't the goal to get stupid people to bag hold? And using Restricted Stock would be pretty stupid as well, since it's locked up and may have other conditions on the sale. Options that were issued at about half the trading price also seems like a silly strategy. Wouldn't they just issue unrestricted stock for pennies. Why bother with restricted shares and locked-up warrants?

The consensus on the OWCP board is that those placements were made for Dr. Rozenblat and Ms. Miriam Sani, two new advisors who have expertise in FDA filings, patent perfection, dermatology, and selling products in the EU and Asia.

The OWCP board has also confirmed via emails that the Insiders at the wholly-owned Israeli sub have their shares held in trust. In fact, the newish CEO hasn't even been granted his shares yet since he hasn't been at the company for two years, which is apparently the Israeli waiting period.

From what I've read the only people who would benefit from a P&D is the current shareholders. The Insiders have far too few shares.
