Excuse me but why would Merritt pick out ZTE, when he could have said

we will be able to get a stronger license with LG, ZTE, Lenovo, Xaomi?

No his comment was specific about ZTE and if you say this comment is

ambiguous please point out where it is. It says clearly we were able to

drive a strong deal with ZTE no if and's or but's but deffinite they

were able to drive a strong deal with ZTE. It says what they were able to

do not what they might could do and to not reference the others especially

LG makes no sense.

In fact it in no way indicated it will enhance our ability to do new

license but rather it enabled them to drive a strong deal. How or why

would you use the wording strong deal instead of a better deal or quicker

license agreements with better terms.
