This whole thing was convoluted and orchestrated from day one, it was never intended to BE KNOWN PRIOR as DA BOYZ fully intended this company and all of it's assets to be TAKEN PRIVATE,with only those in the GOOD OL BOYZ CLUB being allowed to play....................

Carefully placed words can change the meaning of any of these doc's filing 180 degrees from what it appears to read or mean...........

We aren't supposed to have any idea as to what is going on here and we won't until it's all said and done and anything left over is distributed or it just ends and we get squat..........

BUT there are far too many here continuing to try and CONvince us all there is nothing left to distribute,I for one find that very telling in and of itself.......

All I'll say in respect to that is,IF something comes up out of the blue as far as AN OFFER for escrows, I would be very wary and very cautious as to how I decided to move on any such suggestion.........
