Is this stock really just blowing up over a change to their description? Quiet until 02/21 then they change the description and the stock goes on a run over hundreds of millions of shares a day since.

Did their 15-12g expire?

Someone please let me know what is going on with this stock. It seems to be 100% speculation all based on the description wording using present tense.

If this is legit...and I haven't missed the boat I want in but need a little more to take the plunge.
